Iced Fresh Mango Tea

We’ve most likely all been told that we tend to shouldn’t drink our calories, and I’ve forever believed that, thus someday throughout my adolescent years, i made a decision that, tho' I’m an enormous fan of tasteful ice tea recipes, to only stick to water aside from special occasions. I’ve additionally begun sweetening my tea with stevia instead of sugar, that makes Maine feel loads higher concerning drinking it.

It’s nice to be able to fancy a pleasant, cold drink on a hot day while not work your daily calories doing it. Still, although the children would like to forget all water in favor of tea, we tend to limit them all the way down to one glass daily (that’s 2 servings, since they solely get  a glass at a time) on those days once we have tea, and that i still don’t create tea a day.
