It’s awesome…Jason’s reaction to that explains it all. He asked ME what was for supper and that i didn’t tell him therefore he peaked his head within the kitchen appliance and same, “OH meat loaf, i like MEATLOAF!” therefore I’d say it’s a fairly smart direction. Li’l Cheddar Meat Loaves


  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 c. Milk
  • 1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Quick-Cooking Oats
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2/3 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl beat egg and milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt. Add beef and mix well.
  3. Shape into eight loaves; place in greased 13 in x 9 in x 2 in baking dish
  4. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon over loaves.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
