Simple Caprese Salad Skewer Satay
Caprese dish Skewers are such a reasonably starter to create. they're conjointly unbelievable straightforward to create and that they have plenty of delicious, contemporary flavor! we tend to had a good Easter, hanging with family and uptake tasteful food all day. we tend to started at Grandma’s having bagels with lachs (salmon), fruit, ham, hotcake (baked crepes), cheese bread, and mimosas! Then we tend to headed back home to create caprese skewers to wake our Aunt’s and Uncle’s house.
I patterned one thing lightweight and contemporary would be a decent starter given the number of food we tend to had already enjoyed that day and still had however to eat.

Simple Caprese Salad Skewer Satay |
I stopped by one among the contemporary markets here in Chicago, Pete’s contemporary Market, wherever I got all the ingredients – cheese, basil, and cherry tomatoes. The manufacture at Pete’s is seriously wonderful. Everything is contemporary and extremely showing neatness stacked – i used to be sort of a child in a very store.
The tomatoes were completely lovely and improbably flavourous on their own. I don’t even like uptake tomatoes like this and that i white-haired them. they'd be nice in a very dish or in a alimentary paste that I set up on creating for tonight’s meal with my leftover ingredients, can’t wait!

Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mozzarella balls
- Fresh Basil
- Olive Oil
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Assemble, tomatoes, basil (roll from one end to the other), and mozzarella balls on medium-sized toothpicks. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- To make balsamic glaze, add one cup of balsamic vinegar to a sauce pan over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, set on simmer for about 10-15 minutes until it reduces to a syrup consistency. You can check by dipping a spoon in the balsamic and if it covers the back of it, it's done. As it cools, it will thicken a bit more then drizzle on top of caprese salad skewers.
