Homemade Cheesy Corn Dip

I am very excited to share this special recipe with you today! Now let's revisit to the present amazing cheesy dip corn. Oh my land. Who knows that only a couple of simple ingredients mixed together are often so mouth watering? I gotta fight my kids just to urge this fair portion of yummy stuff.

It is warm and sticky and filled with delicious corn, bacon, and cheeses. The chopped basil gives a fresh flavor and takes it from large to extraordinary. this is often a replacement favorite in our house, and that i am sure it'll make another appearance soon!. 

Whether you inspect the cookbook or not, promise me you'll make this cheesy corn dip. it'll be successful at Bbq's, Potlucks, or maybe as an after school snack. it's seriously delicious!

Homemade Cheesy Corn Dip


  • 6-8 strips of bacon
  • 2 15 oz cans of corn, drained (or 3 cups of frozen corn, thawed)
  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Tortilla chips for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat till crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine half of the bacon, the corn, cream cheese, mozzarella, salt, cayenne pepper, and half of the chopped basil. Mix well and spread into a lightly greased 8x8" pan, or round dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or till hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and garnish with remaining bacon and basil.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
