Cookie Oreo & Cream

A few days ago, I received a delicious blueberry Bramble Bake Recipe from a lover . While it's a tremendous couple with an excellent home breakfast or Brunch, it'll be very working for any time of the day! As we like having breakfast for lunch and also sometimes. it's very refreshing and delicious. 

And since it's a fresh blueberry, i prefer to require it a touch healthy too. And there are some fun parts where you place just about everything except blueberries and croissants into a kitchen appliance and just press a button.

Whip or beat briefly until good and Creamy. in fact , if you do not have a kitchen appliance , you'll beat it with a hand mixer or stir alright by hand. While each oven is different, the baking time is about 40 minutes. 

I usually set a timer for half-hour and just keep expecting it to be golden brown and set. If you discover that the sides are becoming exaggerated but the middle doesn't look set yet, you'll cover it with aluminum foil to stop combustion.


Cookie Oreo & Cream

Ingredients:


  • 3 cups all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk or whole milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 egg whites beaten to soft peaks
  • 3/4 cup crushed Oreos can add more if desired
  • Homemade Cookies n Cream Buttercream Frosting double recipe
  • Oreos for decoration if desired

Instructions:

  1. Preheat 325 F.
  2. Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) cake pans. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, sift together flour and baking powder. Set aside.
  4. In another large bowl cream together butter, oil, and sugar.
  5. Mix in buttermilk, heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  6. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined.
  7. Fold in the eggs whites just until combined.
  8. Fold in the crushed Oreos.
  9. Evenly distribute batter into the prepared pans and shake pans to even out and release air bubbles.
  10. Bake on middle rack for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Allow cake to cool in pan until pans are warm. (cake will continue to bake as it cools so do not let cake OVER COOK in oven. Remove cake when moist crumbs cling to toothpick inserted into center.)
  12. Once pans are cool to the touch, remove from cake from pan and place on cooling rack to finish cooling.
  13. Once cakes are cooled completely, frost with homemade cookies n cream frosting and decorate with Oreos if desired
