After having many versions of chicken parmigiana over the years, I can say there isn’t one I’ve had better than this recipe. Wow, do you want to try how delicious it is.
CHICKEN PARMIGIANA RECIPE

Ingredients:
  • 150 gr chicken thighs
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 100 gr Kentucky flour
  • Mashed Chicken Parmigiana Potato Ingredients:
  • 100 grams of potatoes,
  • 10 grams of butter,
  • 55 ml of fresh milk,
  • 3 grams of salt,
  • 3 grams of pepper


Chicken Parmigiana Vegetable Mixing Ingredients:
  • 50 gr tomato concase,
  • 30 grams of mozzarella cheese,
  • 10 gr of shaved corn,
  • 10 gr carrots,
  • 10 grams of beans


Instructions:
  1. Season the chicken thighs, then coat with eggs and put in Kentucky flour, then fry until cooked
  2. Make mashed potatoes, add butter, fresh milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder and finally mashed potatoes.
  3. Saute the onion with butter then add the mixture of vegetables, stir-fry until evenly distributed. Then prepare tomato concase.
  4. Serving, we put the mashed potatoes in the center of the plate, on top of which we put the cooked chicken thighs, then topping with tomato concase and mozzarella cheese, then oven.
